Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kuicko website, mobile applications, and services (the "Services"), operated by Zoii Ventures ("Kuicko", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. The Services
Kuicko is a technology platform that connects customers with restaurants, grocery and pharmacy stores, and independent delivery riders, and facilitates parcel and courier services. Kuicko is not the manufacturer or seller of food or products listed by partner stores; those are provided by the respective partners.
3. Orders & pricing
- Prices, availability, delivery fees, taxes, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may change based on demand, distance, and partner pricing.
- Once an order is confirmed, you agree to pay the total amount shown, including applicable fees and taxes.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
4. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Online payments are processed by secure third-party providers. For COD orders, you agree to pay the rider the exact amount due at delivery.
5. Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel an order before the partner begins preparation; cancellation after preparation has started may incur charges.
- Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.
- Issues with an order (missing items, quality concerns) should be reported promptly through the app so we can help resolve them.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, partner delays, or other factors. You agree to provide an accurate address and to be reachable for delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or incorrect information, charges may still apply.
7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: providing false information; harassing riders, partners, or staff; attempting to defraud the platform; or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Partner & rider relationships
Restaurants, stores, and delivery riders operate as independent third parties. Kuicko facilitates the connection and logistics but is not liable for the independent acts or omissions of partners beyond our reasonable platform responsibilities.
9. Intellectual property
The Kuicko name, logo, app, website, and content are owned by Kuicko / Zoii Ventures and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuicko and Zoii Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
